the lagoon view was absolutely disgusting, completely blocked. a true letdown. to make matters worse, the food was filthy, with flies buzzing around like it was a 5-star restaurant! i almost thought I’d enjoy it, but alas, I had to wait forever for my room, as if I’m not special enough. never doing this again.

The animation team provides fun activities while the private beach and pool area are mesmerizing spots to unwind, making it a delightful choice for families.

Very old furniture made the room feel neglected. Long walks to reach rooms, with only one elevator available, added frustration. The bathroom had a persistent bad smell, and swimming pools were much colder than expected, not heated as advertised. The food variety was limited, with breakfast options offering cheap quality ingredients and an overall unsatisfactory experience.

I had a great experience during my 3 nights stay. The King Room with Sea View was amazing, the view was amazing. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. 😊

However, while the entertainment programs were lively, the animation team could improve the variety of activities offered. Unfortunately, the beach access and cleanliness were areas needing attention, with some debris along the shoreline affecting the overall experience.
